If a product is not pure as promised, send it back within 7 days for a full refund — even if it is opened.

At the door

• Check seals and jars in front of the rider; leaking or broken items are replaced on the next delivery.
• Unopened, sealed items can be returned within 3 days for change of mind.
• Natural changes, such as honey crystallising in winter or ghee setting, are not faults.

How to start

• Call or message us with your order number, or use Track Order to find it.
• Tell us what is wrong and, if possible, send a photo.
• We arrange the pickup or replacement — usually within 2–3 days.

Refunds
